In-person programs require a minimum of 8-hour blocks, paid upfront.
I’m not the typical 'come in and fix your problems' practitioner. This is about empowering you with the tools and knowledge to correct your imbalances over time. The goal is to give you the understanding and skills to take control of your own health and performance, so you can make lasting improvements.

2.5 Hour CHEK level 2 Assessment
During your first session, we complete a comprehensive Integrated Movement Science Level 2 assessment, which objectively evaluates key aspects of your body and movement, including:
This detailed assessment gives us quantifiable insights to develop a personalised program, tailored to your specific needs—right down to the last second of every rep.
6 hours of 1 to 1 coaching sessions
In person sessions dedicated to progressing you through your individualised program.
Sessions may be spaced a week or a month apart, depending on the individual and how long it takes to become competent with the prescribed program.
Sessions may be 1 hour or 2 hours, depending on what needs to be completed for optimal results.
